When & Where: At the beginning of the Assembly, to catch the attention of the kids
Procedure: 

1st time: The teacher sings the 1st parapraph (clapping hands)
2nd time: The teacher sings the 2nd paragraph and greets everybody with the hand
3rd time: Everybody sings the 1st paragraph (dancing and moving in pairs)

Variations:

The second paragraph can be changed every day to change the names of the students as finally everybody is named at least one day.

Materials: 

A doll, posters & pictures to explain who takes Tino home on Friday.

When & Where: Every Monday in the Assembly
Procedure: 

Every weekend the children go home with Tino. Every Monday, the children tell their weekend.

He's our friend!
Tino will go home
with (name of the child) today!
